Kia has revealed the figure we are all so fussed about, the 0-100km/h time of the upcoming Stinger GT.. Now the FASTEST Kia ever produced. So let’s get right into it.
Putting out 272kW of power (370hp) and 510Nm of torque thanks to its 3.3-litre twin-turbo V6, the new Stinger GT will accelerate to 100 in just 4.9 seconds! Not bad for a hefty RWD sedan. This figure beats the set target of 5.2 seconds and matches the time of the Commodore SS-V, which contains a monstrous LS3 powered 6.2-litre V8 that puts out 304kW of power and 570Nm of torque.
Figures for the all-wheel drive variant are yet to be released, as are any details as to whether or not Kia will reshape the car’s image with the potential “E” sub-brand. Stay tuned for more info.
