The updated 2018 Maserati Quattroporte range has arrived with an upgraded twin-turbo V6 petrol engine, and revised styling.

New full-LED headlights with adaptive beams, soft-closing doors, electric power steering, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, active blind-spot assist and traffic sign recognition.

The Quattroporte S variants get an upgraded 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6, with a power increase to 321kW and torque at 580Nm.

Outputs remain unchanged for other varients, with a 3.0-litre turbo-diesel at 202kW/600Nm, the standard 3.0 twin-turbo V6 at 257kW/500Nm, and the 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 at 390kW/650Nm.

Maserati’s claimed 0-100km/h times for the Diesel, Quattroporte, S and GTS are 6.4, 5.5, 5.0 and 4.7 seconds respectively.

The MY18 Maserati Quattroporte range is available now starting at $209,990.
