Jaguar has unveiled the new E-Pace, attempting to compete with the BMW X3, Mercedes-Benz GLC and Audi Q3. The E-Pace will arrive in Q2 of next year and will begin at $48,000 plus on-roads, escalating up to $85,000 for the “First Edition”.
Standard features include:
– 5x USB ports (all with charing capability)
– 4x 12v power outlets
– 4G wireless connectivity
– 577 litres cargo capacity
– Blind spot assistant with lane keeping function
– Forward traffic monitor
– Semi-automatic parallel parking
– Adaptive matrix LED headlights
– Semi-autonomous off-road mode known as “All Surface Progress Control” (ASPC)
Engine variants include:
– 110kW/380Nm diesel engine (0-100km/h in 10.1 seconds)
– 132kW/430Nm diesel engine (0-100km/h in 9.3 seconds)
– 176kW/500Nm diesel engine (0-100km/h in 7.4 seconds)
– 183kW/365Nm petrol engine (0-100km/h in 7.0 seconds)
– 220kW/400Nm petrol engine (0-100km/h in 6.4 seconds)
