The 2018 Ford Mustang Roush 729 was created as a concept for this year’s SEMA show. The Roush 729 is a supercharged, wide-body version of the iconic Ford Mustang.

This unique version features new Roush body add-ons in addition to a custom wide-body kit designed by Roush and Stratasys, carbon-fibre exterior components for the front splitter, rear spoiler and side skirts, Brembo brakes and custom Vossen RVS forged alloy wheels wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact Sport tyres.

Under the hood is the Mustang GT’s 5.0-litre β€˜Coyote’ V8 along with a Roush R2650 supercharger kit, putting power output to over 700 horsepower (522kW). A new hood scoop to feed air into the supercharged engine, along with a Roush cold air intake is also featured.

The interior has custom leather Recaro racing seats, a Watson roll cage, and Sparco four-point racing harnesses.
