Recently revealed at the Detroit Motor Show, Mercedes-AMG has gone nuts and enhanced the power in a ALL models of the GT range and also added the GT C edition.
The specs of the new upgraded GT models are as follows:
- GT: 350kW (up 10kW), 630Nm (up 30Nm), 0-100 in 4.0 seconds
- GT S: 384kW (up 9kW), 670Nm (up 20Nm), 0-100 in 3.8 seconds
- GT C: 410kW of power and 680Nm of torque, 0-100 in 3.7 seconds
- GT R: 430kW of power and 700Nm of torque, 0-100 in 3.6 seconds
Upgrades to the already bonkers twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 have proven to be effective, with convertible variants still returning convincingly close figures. All models will maintain the 7-speed automatic dual-clutch gearbox and maintain their rear-wheel-drive drivetrain.
