Ferrari has unveiled the track-ready 488 Pista, ahead of its debut at the Geneva motor show.
It will feature a 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 with 530kW of power and 770Nm of torque. It’s the most powerful V8 in Ferrari history, the 100km/h sprint takes just 2.85 seconds and reaches 200km/h in just 7.6 seconds with top speed at 340km/h.
It also features an impressive aerodynamics package, creating a 20 per cent overall increase in downforce over the ‘standard’ 488 GTB. It will also feature F1-inspired traction control and magnetically-controlled dampers, and the Side Slip Control 6.0 system.
The 488 Pista will debuts the Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer, which uses on-board software to adjust brake pressure at the calipers.
Cost will start from $645,000 drive-away in Australia when it arrives later this year.
